Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.
- 3.Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous shipping stickers.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team inspects the garment.
